Planting the seeds of prosperity in North Baton Rouge!
North Baton Rouge sits squarely at the intersection of economic development and social justice. And if Baton Rouge wants to be a great city, all of its citizens must have the opportunity to prosper. In partnership with the Baton Rouge Area Chamber were bringing the Conscious Capitalism BootCamp/Powered by Conscious Venture Lab to North Baton Rouge. Our goal? To help jumpstart a new form of economic development in NBR. The BootCamp is an intense daylong workshop for entrepreneurial teams of 3-5 on the tenets of Conscious Capitalism! You will work with the staff and partners of the Conscious Venture Lab and discover new tools to take you company to deeper community impact and higher profitability! At the end each company in the Boot Camp will have the chance to show a panel of local investors and judges what they've learned when they "Pitch North Baton Rouge" for a $10,000 prize!
All boot camp participants will become a part of the Conscious Venture Lab alumni community, giving you access to online content and invitations to special events around the country to help you grow your business. In addition the winner of the competition will also receive a series of "office hours" expert consultations from our friends throughout the Baton Rouge entrepreneurship ecosystem.
